Saddle Mounts - fast, stable & simple

Blaser introduced saddle mounts in 1993 and from then on supplied almost all weapons with the saddle mount. The principle is based on four cut-outs above the chamber. Additional mounting parts are not necessary. The rifle scope mount is placed in the cut-outs and fastened by means of two swivel levers.

The Blaser saddle mount is characterised by its low design. It lies directly on the barrel and is therefore particularly suitable for Swarovski and Zeiss rails and optics. The Blaser saddle mount is suitable for the Swarovski-SR rail and the Zeiss VM rail, among others. In addition, the saddle mount in its respective version is suitable for all weapon models, i.e. Blaser R8, Blaser R93, Blaser D99, Blaser BBF97, Blaser BD14 and Blaser K95.

The handling of the Blaser assembly is extremely simple and fast. This makes it easy to change different target optics and hunting weapons without changing the point of impact. The same applies to the disassembly when transporting the hunting rifle.
